This site is only informational, I am not a lawyer. Our goal is to never see what happened to us happen to anyone else ever again. CPS is not out to protect children, they are there to collect federal dollars and they collect a lot of them. Destroying families means nothing to them, money is what counts. The more children they grab, the more money they get.

On Feb 29, 2008 CPS took our 4 children from our home. They took the two older ones from school,11 and 13 and the two youngest, ages 5 and 7 from our home. They Showed up at the house with two police and an order signed by a Notary. They took all 4 with a document not signed by a judge but by a Notary! The order I later receiced, signed by a judge, was not filled out properly. The cops had guns so I did not resist.

I own a business with my wife, We are successful, law abiding people. My wife and children became ill in January of 08. My wife took them to the doctor and we were all given scripts for the drug "mebendazole" for worms. The doctors did not like the way my wife insisted that they did not do what was necessary so the doctors called CPS. My family was sick, my wife took them to the doctor and CPS took my kids.

My warning to you. If CPS shows up at your door, do not let them in, politely ask them to leave, and call your lawyer right away. Tell your children not to talk to anyone from CPS. They will go to the school. Your children will be taken from their classroom to be questioned. Tell them not to answer any questions and will not talk to anyone unless you are there. Tell them to leave the room. If they are stopped tell them to ask for the police because they are being held against their will. Tell them, to insist on it! Tell your children that they can not be questioned against there will or without you there. Answer no questions and firmly impress upon your children to do the same. Find a lawyer who is not afraid of CPS and fight them at every turn! Have that lawyer send a letter to your children's school telling them your children are not to be questioned by CPS without the parent or parents being there. Give them NO information. SS#, doctors names, dentist, drug store names, NOTHING. They will twist everything you say and use it against you. Be polite but tell them NOTHING and do not let them into your home without a valid warrent! Do not give them ANY SS#. Do not give them any birth certificates. Do not sign any thing. Don not sign anything giving the access to your childrens school records. Some of these things they can get court orders to obtain, make them do that. If you go to court, check any singitures they claim to be yours, they have, in my opionion forged signatures, this is a crime.

CPS and the Family court system is an industry. They are in business to take children from loving homes and they are paid to do just that. They make thousands of dollars for every child they grab. Once caught up in their system, your life can become a living hell! Have a day job? Forget it. Court is always from 9 to 12 or 2 to 4.

We are almost through their family "court" system and plan to sue all involved parties for violating our constitutional rights. They admit in their own documents that they did not have enough on us so they said, "just go take the children and look for some thing. All tests they did showed our children to be healthy, well cared for and yet they proceeded with "neglect" charges on us both. With us, they climbed up to far on the food chain and we have the resources to go after them.
